This study explored how daily fluctuations in substance use, affect, and positive/negative experiences related to stigma influence adherence to ART among HIV+ BMSM. Specifically, we collected longitudinal data using a 3-week mobile phone diary with a sample of 80 HIV+ BMSM in New York City.
